Numerous emails to support and not one response. I have the suspicion that they may be trying to weed out high usage accounts. I guess their acquisition by EMC was not good after all. We had problems when our little girl was born and she ended up in special care for 5 days and got rushed to Leeds for tests, everything came back normal in the end and now she's a very happy, healthy and extremely bright 4 year old. It's a horrible time but you get through it stronger and loving them even more, if that's possible. Good luck and take care! Congratulations!
