Google and Chicago’s CTA
Google and Chicago’s CTA have release a great new tool for residents and visitors alike in the Chicago area.
Now when you plan a route into Chicago using Google maps you will be able to click on the “Take Public Transit” link. From here you will have the option to add in a departure time or arrival time. Google will then tell you just what Public Transit you can use to get to your destination. Google will tell you Times, Bus Numbers, Changes and whether on any part of your journey you will have to walk or not and just where to.
Great tool Google this is a tool I will be using a lot in the summer especially when I have family in town, I wish I had it last summer
